- What kind of photo booth works for a brand event or pop-up store?
- One where visitors walk away holding something, and that something carries your brand. Receipt Camera® prints on thermal paper, so there is no ink, toner or film — and it prints your logo, message and QR code on the same strip as the photo. The visitor keeps the photo; your brand stays on the paper they keep.
- What does the printed output look like?
- Black-and-white thermal prints on 79mm receipt paper (PRO) or 62mm label-sticker paper (PRO+). Label stickers are the popular choice for pop-up stores because visitors stick them on phone cases and notebooks right away.
- Can we put our own logo and copy on the print?
- Yes. Lay out the logo, text, frame and QR code in the web demo, then generate a setup code. The device loads that code and applies the exact layout you previewed. You can prepare it days before the event.
- Can visitors also get the original photo file?
- Turn on the photo download QR and the print carries a QR code that opens a download page for the original file. The page stays open for 72 hours and allows 10 downloads per file. The device uploads the photo, so the venue needs an internet connection for this feature.
- What capture modes are available?
- ONE for a single large frame, MORE for a strip of several shots, GRID for a four-up layout, FRAME to composite the photo inside a border, IMAGE to place your own artwork, AI capture with credit-based filters, and EDIT, a free-placement canvas for custom layouts.
- Do we need a subscription for a brand event?
- Yes — commercial use is included in the Extended plan ($99 per month), and that is the plan we recommend for brand events and pop-up stores. Extended also unlocks the features events actually use: the photo download QR, the boomerang clip, the EDIT canvas, multiple printers at once, settings backup and sharing, and 1,000 AI credits every month. The free trial tier prints a watermark and a promotional QR on every output, and the 3-day Extended trial does not include commercial use.
- How much does the hardware cost?
- PRO starts at $1599 (list $1799) and MINI starts at $999 (list $1199). International orders are paid in USD through PayPal on the product pages.
- Do you rent units for events outside Korea?
- Short-term rental is available in Korea only. Outside Korea we sell the hardware, and the same branding, capture modes and download QR work anywhere once the unit is set up.
- What does the setup need on site?
- A place to stand the unit and power. Printers connect over USB, Bluetooth or network, and the app detects them automatically. An internet connection is only required for the download QR and AI features.
